Directions to the ISC
- From the San Diego airport, take I-5 north.
- Take I-8 east.
- Exit I-8 at College Avenue (southbound).
- Follow College Avenue south to Montezuma Road.
- Turn right and follow Montezuma Road two blocks west to 55th Street.
- Turn right on 55th Street and follow it north to fourth traffic light at Remington Road.
- Turn right (stay in left lane) and proceed straight to stop sign.
Proceed straight. The ISC is on your right. - Turn right into parking lot V.
Parking
You are required to have a parking permit to park on campus at any time, including during orientation. You will receive a parking citation during orientation if you don't have a parking permit displayed on your car.
If you plan to commute by car to campus, buy your Parking Permit when you pay your registration fees at the Cashiers Office and/or the Aztec Bookstore. The permit costs approximately $135. Please remember you must display this permit for it to be valid and that you can only park in spaces designated for students.
You may also purchase an hourly permit at the parking information booth which is located on the corner of College Avenue and Canyon Crest Drive or in Parking Structure 5 at the corner of 55th Street and Montezuma. It costs $1 an hour and you can buy a permit for up to 8 hours for the orientation.
Buying a permit does not guarantee you a parking space. Parking is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and you should arrive early to find a spot.
