Submit Application
The first step in the admission process is to complete the online application.
Tip: Submit the application before submitting additional documents. This way your documents can be matched to your record.
All graduate applicants, regardless of department, must submit an online application.
Note: For immigration purposes, please enter your name on the application as it appears in your transcript.
SDSU uses the California State University common admission application (CSUMentor.)
Tip: Make sure you follow the graduate application for International Students.
February 1 is the last day to submit your online application and fee
Important Tips
Application Fee
A US$55 non-refundable fee is required for processing. Your application cannot be completed until the fee is paid. After you submit the online application you will be asked how you would like to submit the application filing fee.
Note: You may pay by credit card at that time or by mailing a U.S. check or international money order to the Cashier's Office.
