TALK IT OUT: Drop-In Consultation

Feeling stressed? Need help deciding if you want to study in the United States or remotely during your Fall or Spring semesters? Worrying about family or friends? Concerned about your future? Drop-in virtually to talk with a counselor from Counseling & Psychological Services for help in making your decisions and coping with the recent changes to a virtual university and classroom.

Talk It Out is a drop-in service that provides students with easy access to informal and confidential consultation with counselors from Counseling and Psychological Services. Although Talk It Out counselors are professionals, it is not a substitute for therapy and does not constitute mental health treatment. The purpose of Talk It Out is to speak with counselors about your concerns, get help with problem solving, and ask any questions you may have about therapy or C&PS. Talk It Out counselors can also guide you through the process of setting up an appointment at C&PS or discuss potential resources both on and off campus.

Thursdays: 2:00pm-3:00pm (PST)

Zoom Information: Talk It Out Zoom Link

(To keep our group a safe space for SDSU international students, you will be asked to provide your Red ID. This information is confidential and will not be shared.)

If you have any difficulty logging in Thursday from 2-3 pm (PST), please contact Erika Hess at
