Transcripts

Undergraduate Students

While abroad, please request that your transcripts be sent DIRECTLY TO:

San Diego State University
Enrollment Services Transcript Unit
5500 Campanile Dr.
San Diego, CA 92182-7416

Once SDSU receives the official transcript directly from the institution attended, all course work earned at a recognized international institution will be evaluated and credit will be awarded toward degree requirements as approved by the Dean of Undergraduate Studies and/or Department Major/Minor Adviser as deemed appropriate.  Students must earn passing grades to receive credit for the courses they have completed abroad.

Graduate Students

Transcripts from abroad should be sent DIRECTLY TO:

Cristina Sanchez
Graduate and Research Affairs
San Diego State University
5500 Campanile Drive
San Diego, CA 92182-8220

All Students

You should also request additional transcripts for your own use. Typically, you will receive these 6 weeks to 3 months after completion of your program.

ISEP students

ISEP will send your transcripts to the appropriate office at SDSU.  This is typically done automatically; however, you may want to check with the ISEP Coordinator at your host university if any additional paperwork is required.
