In theory, most SDSU exchange programs are open to graduate students.  However, you will need to get "pre-approval" for any coursework you wish to take abroad by completing the Graduate Academic Approval Form.

For most masters degree programs, the maximum transferable course credit is 9 units including courses taken through San Diego State University College of Extended Studies. All transfer credit earned in other colleges and universities including foreign universities and those earned through the San Diego State University College of Extended Studies must be approved by the graduate adviser and graduate dean. Credit earned by correspondence, by examination, or by extension at other institutions is not acceptable as satisfying advanced degree requirements.

SCHOLARSHIPS: Please review the list of funding sources at http://www.sa.sdsu.edu/isc/study_abroad/acc_finances.html - there are generally a number reserved just for graduate student study and research. Remember, deadlines are strict!
